Kerid, a new soaking tub
Kerid will be shown for the first time at Clerkenwell, as part of a bathroom concept conceived by GA Design, one of the leading international design studios in luxury hospitality.
Positioned in the courtyard of the London Charterhouse, the new heart of the Clerkenwell event, it proposes a contemporary journey through a Japanese Onsen, or hot spring bath, once regarded as sacred places with healing properties.
Kerid is designed to stand out from the current Victoria + Albert range, emphasising the unique benefits of soaking rather than traditional bathing, and targeting a growing market interested in this revitalising experience.

The Kitchen Island
A kitchen island has now become an essential component of luxury kitchens. A practical working space but also a focal point for informal socialising and family conversations.
To create a fresh and original design, House of Rohl worked with Luxe Projects, who have huge experience of creating beautiful, bespoke islands as part of build and refurbishment projects in and around London.
This centrepiece for the island is an iconic Shaws Butler sink. Shaws are the oldest manufacturer of fireclay Butler and Belfast sinks, and each one is still hand finished with the maker’s name stamped underneath. Here, the sink has a decorated front of wild grasses, in baby blue (part of the Shaws Gallery collection).
The sink features two taps from Perrin & Rowe’s new Southbank collection. The monobloc mixer conceals a pull-down rinse, now regarded as a must-have feature in luxury kitchens, and a separate mini tap, providing instant, steaming hot water and cold filtrated water.
Low down at one end of the island another product from the collection is used in a surprising way. Pot fillers have been a mainstay of American kitchens for many years and are now increasingly popular in other international markets. They are normally fitted above hobs, so large saucepans can be filled without the need to carry them from the sink. Here Luxe Projects have installed the Southbank pot filler above two dog bowls, making it easy to keep your canines hydrated!
The island also features appliances from Fisher & Paykel, the innovative New Zealand manufacturer that has become synonymous with good design. It is perhaps most famous for its DishDrawer™ Dishwasher that fits cosily into a drawer that is accessed from hip height - meaning no more bending to load or unload. The island includes both the Series 11 Integrated Dishwasher and Fisher & Paykel’s Series 9 Integrated Wine Cabinet with dual temperature zones.
Traditional Bath Display
Victoria + Albert is better known for its contemporary designs, but the York is one of their Edwardian-inspired baths, with a roll top and a classic plinth, cleverly hiding the waste plumbing. In an en vogue Olive Green, the bath is complemented by a Perrin & Rowe Traditional bath filler in a 24-carat Gold finish.
The bath is mounted on a tiled plinth, featuring Aventuras Porto tiles from Artisans of Devizes. These traditional Portuguese tiles, designed by pattern designer Zoe Glencross, celebrate pattern and colour, and highlight interior trends for maximalist design and pattern layering.

Precision,
Proportion,
Perfection
Like the finest jewellery, Perrin & Rowe’s English brassware has an exacting sense of proportion and elegance.
It shows in the richness of hand-polished finishes, the detail of a tap lever or shower valve, the nuances that not readily apparent to the eye but together create flawless artistry. Perrin & Rowe is never mass-produced.
Casting by hand in small batches ensures the highest standard. Every tap is tested for guaranteed performance. The definition of quality.

Art of the Bath
Victoria + Albert baths are sculptural forms of sheer beauty. Coveted for their presence, designed for sublime bathing, they transform any space into a luxurious sanctuary.
Sloping waves and minimalist angles are expressed in a spectrum of colors and array of designs from classic to modern. Victoria + Albert makes a statement of indulgence for an experience to linger and luxuriate in.

Modern Design for Luxury Living
Born in Quebec, Riobel epitomises the city’s blend of European culture and North American flair. Riobel’s brassware is characterised by geometric shapes and unique angles, inspired by modern architectural forms.
This brilliantly modern aesthetic is combined with advanced engineering to create innovative products designed to be effortless to use, adding luxury to everyday life.

Shaws of Darwen
Founded in 1897, Shaws meticulous approach has stood the test of time. Heavy duty fireclay is hard to work with but can produce the most durable of ceramics. Shaws sinks are tougher, with a deeper, more lustrous finish. Each one is made by hand by a single master craftsman, taught by the master craftsmen who came before and signed by its maker. Their passion and pride are evident in the result: a sink that is beautiful, timeless and unique.
